Limited Edition Poster by Claude Ponti

11″ x 15″ Limited edition poster from Claude Ponti’s beloved My Valley

Elsewhere Editions is printing Ponti posters with Ribouli Digital – a fine art studio and printmaker in Chelsea – in a run of 15 editions. The posters are printed on a heavy, fine-art matte cotton paper. Elsewhere is also sending three posters to Claude Ponti’s children’s art museum, Le Muz, to help raise funds for his vital work there.

Claude Ponti is one of France’s most celebrated children’s writers and illustrators. His works create captivating fictional universes through wordplay and illustrations of incredible detail and beauty. He has won numerous awards, including the 2006 Prix Sorcières Spécial for his lifetime achievement. This enchanting image is pulled from the very end of My Valley, the first book from Elsewhere Editions. It depicts a statue called Dad Twims, which appears on the mountain once a year. In twilight, all of the dads go inside of the statue to learn how to be a dad. Happy father’s day all!
